Hohe Flüssigkeitstemperatur und geringe gewalt.

    Hallo alle miteinander, Ich komme aus Polen, Ich kann also nicht gut Deutsch sprechen. Ich habe ein paar Probleme mit mein Corsa D GSI mit tuning auf 200HP und 330Nm. Meine spezifikation:
    - regeneriert K03 turbo,
    - grossere Injektoren(Bosch 395cc),

    - grosseren Ladeluftkuhler( 550x180x65)
    - VKER 3", hiernach ein gerades Rohr 2.5" mit Friedrich Motorsport Auspuff am Ende.


    Probleme:
    1. Corsa macht keinen gewalt, Drehmoment ist hoch, aber uber 4.500 fallt schwer. Am 6700 ich habe 210-215Nm. Maximale leistung ist 200HP am 5200. Per rechner ich habe 1.45 bar im Hohepunkt und 1.25 am Ende. Keine Fehler, alles gepruft, das Wastegate offnet sich am 0.5 bar.

    2. Wenn es kuhl ist, ich habe eine starke Ladung und die Wassertemperatur wahrend der Farht 95 Grad. Aber wenn die Temperatur uber 10 Grad steigt, dann erreicht die Wassertemperatur wahrend der Fahrt 100 Grad und Corsa hat keinen Gewalt, kann ungleichmassig arbeiten. Ich plane den Kauf eines Kaltethermostats, ist es eine gute idee?

    Okay, so i'm from Poland. I have a issue with my Corsa D GSI with tune to 200HP and 330Nm.
    Mods:
    - regenerated turbo K03,
    - bigger injectors (Bosch 395cc),
    - bigger intercooler (550x180x65),
    - downpipe 3", next straight pipe 2.5" to backbox Friedrich Motorsport.

    Problems:

    1.My problem is Corsa can't reach more than 200HP power. Torque is high, but above 4500-5000 rpm car accelerate slow. In 6700 rpm i have 215Nm. Max power is 200HP on 5200 rpm. When with my tuner we do logs then we see 1.45 bar in pick, and 1.2bar in redline. There is no errors, everything checked, wastegate opens in 0.5 bar. We checked intake, and there is no boost leak.

    2. When in the outdoor temperature it's about 0-5 degrees i have full power and boost, and max coolant temperature is 95. But when the temperature rise more than 10 degrees then coolant temperature is 100, and i fell less power, boost(0.5 bar there), and car can slightly jerks. When temperature peak to 100, then it falls to 90. But I must turn off and turn on car, then boost and power returns. I ordered cold (87*) thermostat, we will see.

    I have new coil pack, front turbo valve n75, and it doesn't help.
