And in case if you want to chance the speakers in the rearpannels, it's much easier! Only thing is you have to make a frame to hold them.

ich werde die kabel für das frontsystem wohl so belassen. ich denk das reicht aus. hab im moment ein neues 2 wege coax sys von magnat in den vorderen türen verbaut, soll aber irgendwann noch ein compo sys rein...

I've tried to take some pics, but the plug is verry tough to remove.
As I can remember:
On both sides of the plug, you can devine them in two halfs.
The upper half contains the electric connections. On The lower half you will see that there are a few "blank" holes. With a small drill you can make a hole. Then try a drill bigger until you have the perfect fiting for your cables.
On the other side, do the same. You will have to remove the plugs and rubber holdings (to be removed from the inside of the car) and drill somewhere FAR AWAY from your car 
Just to be safe 
Also remove your doors for more workspace.

hat schon jemand die Lautsprecherkabel der (vorderen) Türen getauscht?
Wenn ja, wie habt ihr das gelöst?
Vielleicht kann man an den Steckern das neue Kabel anlöten, an den das alte Kabel war? 
Den Stecker anbohren finde ich nicht so prickelnd.
Werde es nächste Woche in Angriff nehmen, über Tips wäre ich dankbar.

Ich würde die Pins aus den Türkontaktsteckern lösen.
Danach vorsichtig die Pins öffnen und deine neuen Kabel anklemmen und zusätzlich verlöten.
Dann hast du die einzig saubere Methode andere Kabel zu benutzen.
So hab ich es mir gedacht, na mal sehen.
